Through the years, I have been hired by many organizations; to either work with their marketing team, build an online marketing department, or simply create profitable online or mixed (on and offline) marketing campaigns.
The first obstacle I’ve run into with many companies is that they are poorly prepared to move online. Maybe it’s their customer service department, internal sales processes, or mal-aligned IT and Marketing departments. In any case, restructuring or re-aligning teams, resources, and processes, becomes a top priority.
Thus, I’ve become a business consultant first and marketing consultant second; tying two well-defined skills together for efficiency and business prosperity.
