How it Works

Each client I work with is unique. In a "typical" scenario, I will work on-site for a significant portion of the project. I will first meet with stakeholders and team leaders to assess the overall needs and pain-points of your company and in-house team.

I will then create a benchmark plan of action, and begin monitoring the teams tasks, reviewing team structure, and conducting one-on-one interviews and job shadowing, as well as reviewing tools, reports, and other department deliverables.

Depending on team size, complexity of structure, and detected opportunities, the average audit lasts between 1-3 weeks, and is completed with a project summary and actionable recommendation report.

As part of the audit process, I may recommend the purchase and/or installation of certain third-party tools, and will recommend in-house reporting methodologies and department strategies to improve team output.
